ZERO hospitality, grouchy staff - delicious pancakes! However: “Waffles are only available from 3pm!” - I really don't understand the other reviews. It's a shame that there is no alternative ... Anyone who runs a café should at least like people.

There is a sign of fresh waffles at the entrance to the café. When you are seated, you are informed that waffles are only available from 3:00 p.m. All guests asked for waffles. Operation unfriendly and not able to put on the mouth and nose protection properly. An absolute no go.

No thanks! The pancake was only baked on one side and mushy on the inside. The mushrooms ordered with it were only warmed-out of the tins and unseasoned (in the mushroom season). The tea in the bag! with sugar stick! (very typical East Frisian) !! Incredible. Returned the food and still had to pay. And the mouthguard sat well under the waitress's nose.

This small barn cafe is located near the parking lot to the Eternal Sea. A red bar entices you with fresh waffles and a bike with a vintage look shows you that the café is open. Due to the beautiful weather, we used the outdoor area, the carport charm of which was pimped up by the polyrattan furniture. We were served friendly and quickly. The waffles could unfortunately no longer be offered 45 minutes before the end, so we stayed with two warm cocoa. These couldn't really convince. Unfortunately far too sweet and with whipped cream, we expected more for 7 euros. The beautiful surroundings were very disturbed by the lawn mowing on the property. Since the café only opens at 1 p.m., we would like other times for garden maintenance. Admittedly, the garden design is very successful. The short way to the cafe is extremely nice and well-kept. There are benches here that invite you to linger. Due to the proximity to the Eternal Sea, we will visit the café again and try something different.

No matter how stressful it is - but if 2 waitresses walk past the table about 8 times without at least telling someone the time of day, you should make the space free for other guests. Then a little further - returned to the rose garden - the ambience and service were worth a full 5 stars. PS - as a child of the Ruhr area, I am anything but arrogant or spoiled.

Service was very rude because we wanted to sit outside. Then when we got our delicious cake, she immediately asked for the money. And to top it all off, a small black and white dog did his business on the terrace. That is called good appetite. Otherwise the coffee and the cake was really delicious. Maybe got a bad day.

Maybe we were there at the wrong time, the friendly condition was not really noticeable, rather okay I serve my guests cha shame. Café was fine and the cake too. The goulash soup was very good 👍🏽.

Cozy and modern country cafe. Typical drinks and food, delicious cakes and pies to choose from. Great pieces and good prices. All in all, it is recommended to switch off and to strengthen before or after a moor hike.
